  • Like a wave

    I'm back at xanga for now (:
    Phone blogging again yippeeee!
    A lot's happened these 2 weeks.
    Met up with old friends and ate too much.
    Got a few papers back, was horrified, satisfied and not surprised (for math).
    Had a lot of fun at life con last night :D
    Was great, and i will be tagging now that SOMEBODY's net fast is over. :D

  • Mental flabbiness

    I CAN'T BELIEVE IT.
    IT'S 5.15PM AND I'M HOME.
    YESSSSSSSSSS.
    Lit has taken over my life.
    Blasted Great Expectations, Brave New World, 1984 and Othello are haunting me.
    Normally i'd be in school till about 5.30-7pm because of extra lectures blahblahblah.
    BUT TODAY, lovely Miss Hon had to cancel our econsssssss. YAY.

    I know its only a temporary reprieve because we have Makeups for the makeups next week.
    But hey i'll take my joy as far as i can have it.
    Oh these lovely winkies make my day hahaha.

    Oh and while on the subject of lit.....
    I was chucked out of class today by Miss K (all hail).
    Elsa was too. But i think its more cuz she pissed her off with her floppy hair and short skirt.

    Last tutorial, we were sorted into our groups and were told to prepare DIFFERENT questions.
    So we prepared the question we were supposed to do (for my group it was 'Satire in BNW' and Elsa's was characterisation of Bernard & Lenina) but we didn't do the rest.
    But elsa thought she forgot to bring her's so out she went.
    Then i said that we werent told to prepare for the other questions. So out i went.

    After about 10 minutes or so (after yelling at the class twice and telling us we are ''mentally flabby'' with several references to our ''mental flabbiness'') she stormed out and told me to get back inside (''because you have at least brought something'')
    But elsa had to stay out. /:
    Yeah but she sent me in because she found out that everyone else had done as much as i did, it's just cuz i said something so she sent me out D:

    Oddly enough i didn't feel particularly scared.
    I'm quite numb to it already i think. HAHAHAH.
    Not bad for a first encounter though.

    I NEED SOMA.

    Or i could go swimming which is the next best thing.

    Hello world.
    I have decided to title/start every Valentines' Day post with 'Stupid Cupid'.
    I think this ties in very well with Bee's boycotting of love HAHAHAHHA.
    But yes, i agree.

    Who needs men when one has single friends to chillax with?

    Took the train ALL THE FLIPPING WAY from pasir ris to jurong east.
    Thank god for Pip, Miss Havisham and Mr Pumblechook or i'd be bored stiff. (Also, iPod. But i need a new one. HINT HINT.)
    Was heavily medicated and felt like snoozing the whole way. BUT i persisted with Great Expectations.
    Met Yiwei and Huinah, and we WALKED all the way from the mrt to IMM. Actually it wasn't very far haha, but it was humid and horrible /:
    But IMM is velly cold and we were velly hungry, so motivated we were to walk faster.
    Ate at whatchamacallit and i had a Caesers' SALAD. It was painful to consumeeeeeee /:
    But i actually quite liked it haha. Just that it should have a smattering more croutons. And bacon bits. And smoked salmon.

    After that, took a bus with Yiwei down to town!
    Met up with Siti and Wendalyn
    Felt quite bad though haha because huinah and both of them gave me candy and Vday prezziezz and i didn't get em anythinggggggggg D:
    I shall treat them to lunch/dinner/whatever soon.
    But YAY got my tadpole iKimono cam cam yesterday!
    Have snapped a few and i hope they turn out alright!



    Went to Malay/Indian/Mindian wedding after haha. Was really fun.
    Brother was dancing and the food was TERRIFFICCC.
    Will upload my peekchures when i send the film for processing.
    YIPPEEEEEE.

    Ok now have to get all my blasted work done and PE tmr UGHHHHHHH.

  • I dig that.

    Today was alright. Prolly the earliest i will ever be dismissed this year haha. Not counting festive occasions where i dont think i should even BE in school. But whatever.

    Monday was seriously shit though. Which reminds me: I seriously despise my lack of determination when it comes to running (or inclined pullups. Or standing broad jumps). It is pissing me off with every passing minute because it's so RETARDED. I  dont even know if i'm trying. I hope not because the results are so shit ahhaah.

    Crappidy doo. There's still CCA signup shit tomorrow. WHYYYYYYY. Am trying to get the stinking BC namelist done up properly. But sadly, there is a lack of  5 out of 16 emails required for completion. Siannn. But yay got my UO rope belt today

    Oh shiattt. I just realized that i forgot to hand in geog tutorial, GP homework, lit homework due thursday, and i still have to prep for econs test this friday. What else what elseeeeeee... D: boohoo.

    I really hope elsa gets online sometime soon. /:

    I want to go to Bee's house again. To see her potato grandpa. HAHAHA.
